this is such a well made dress and so so cute! the design is so girly and fun without being too much / still being minimal, classic, and hotttt
the material feels lovely and it’s well crafted. the dress includes removable bra pads that actually have shape and aren’t just a cheap flimsy triangle like some brands.
the zipper feels durable, and the shorts underneath not only have pockets but they have an interior grip trim (idk if that’s what you’d call it but the lil line of rubbery fabric on the hem) to keep the shorts in place. the shorts are a brief length and not a biker length, so they cover just under your booty and don’t extend to the thighs. love the pocket for having my phone with me on the ice!
in terms of sizing i was reallyyyyy torn between the small and extra small. i’m 4’10” and 115lb with a booty and i usually wear an xx small/x small, size 00 or 0 dress, or size 24 or 25 in jeans.
the XS definitely looks sleeker and has a slight snatching effect without feeling too compressive, but when fully zipped the zipper felt annoying against my neck, and the skirt felt just a tad shorter than i would like. it was also a little bit of a squeeze to get over my hips since i have a larger booty.
the small on the other hand was very comfortable to pull on, the skirt makes me feel covered in the back, and the neck doesn’t bother me BUT, visibly it doesn’t look as sleek or snatched, and there is a little bit of excess fabric / bunching that happens.
