Model is wearing a size medium skirt. Runs true to size. Fabric has ample stretch & elastic waistband. Feel free to go down a size as skirt is plenty long and oversized and waistband is not too fitted.

Skirt is meant to be worn over the Rio Romper or Milan Jumpsuit or on its own. It does not come with built-in shorts as it is meant to layer.
