    I requested a return because I didn’t like the style, and the dress was also a bit too small for me. Unfortunately, my return request was declined without any explanation, and I haven’t been able to get assistance from customer support.

    I would be happy to exchange it for a different style or size, but given my experience so far, I’m not sure if that would be possible. I would appreciate any help in resolving this matter.
